This morning, I ran the Virtual 10K as part of the Vedanta Delhi Half Marathonāand it was more than just a race. It was a personal challenge, a test of discipline, and a celebration of progress. From early morning warm-ups to weeks of structured training, this journey reminded me that consistency and self-belief can take you far. šļøāāļø Training Plan: Building the Foundation
A simple weekly structure that balanced speed, recovery, and strength:
Monday: Rest day š¤
Tuesday: Speed intervals
6 sets of 200m fast runs
90 seconds recovery between sets
